SkinTight MedSpa — Local services in New York

I found SkinTight MedSpa on Groupon when I was searching for the Lumecca for a IPL Facial. The IPL (intense pulsed light) Facial was recommended by my dermatologist for my sun damage on my face. I didn’t know at the time, but SkinTight MedSpa will match Groupons price for the treatments! Better to go directly through them!!! I now know for next time!! I initially had some trouble locating Fox Vein where she is located inside their office. Construction outside the building. I found it though. Took elevator to second floor. Fox Vein receptionist told me where to go and I found my way no problem. I was greeted by her P.A. Huy. He gave me forms to fill out and answered any questions I had. Very knowledgeable and kind. I was waiting for Jane Scher, RN (business owner) to arrive. I didn’t know she was running late at the time. Communication could improve there. My appointment was for 3. I went in the room at 4:11pm. I didn’t mind waiting. They offered me bottled water. Waiting are is small, it’s in a hallway in fox vein waiting area. Jane called me in and assessed my face. She recommended her Clear + Brilliant laser along with the Lumecca laser to repair my skin. I appreciate it, though I told her I couldn’t afford both. The Clear + Brilliant is more pricey than the Lumecca. Though I’d have loved to do more with her yesterday, it’s not affordable for me at this time. Licensed veterinary techs don’t make much. I have to save up again! She understood and used the Lumecca. I appreciate her professionalism and honesty. She is very kind hearted, very knowledgeable and very experienced. I loved her little Maltese dog, Botox, who slept in her purse! So cute! Well groomed, you can tell she loves him. The Lumecca laser felt just as they said, like a rubber band snapping on your face lol. It was a hot rubberband snap! She used a gel with it that cooled it slightly. Could take up to two weeks for results. I will update when I have my results! Took before and afters. :) Can’t wait!!! I highly recommend Jane Scher, RN!! BEWARE!!! I had a crack in my lip I can't wear lipstick .So i paid jane $1000.00 for a full syringe, did not work .. still cannot wear lipstick. also paid for 15 units of botox in my forehead..I express to her I wanted the lines around my mouth fixed . she said I needed a laser treatment. I paid for that a$1500.00 lines still there ..She then said i would need more botox in my forehead so I paid for another 20 units.. When I ask jane why after paying for 35 units in my forehead it still mores . She said it will never stop moving .. She did give me another 10 units for free . I had a total of 45 units forehead still moves. I spent a total of $4000.00. with her not one of my concerns where corrected . I asked for some of my money back .She would not give any back.. But I do see she travels a lot. And shops a lot. Be careful your trip there, Is paying for her next trip.. now you say I am a fake client.. Jane is an extremely sweet person that has treated me with great care and kindness throughout my whole process. She is someone who truely shows that she cares about her patients and wants to make sure that everything is done to perfection so that her patients are fully satisfied. Jane treated me as if i were a family member throughout the process and i have nothing but positive thoughts about the entire experience. Not only is she friendly and sweet but she is also a true professional and expert on her work. I felt fully comfortable with her and her expertise really put me at a great comfort level and made me feel at ease. jane did IPL with Imode laser which gave me a beautiful completion cause it removed my brown spots and cleared up My acne .would strongly recommend jane to anyone who is seeking a service in her profession and field.
