Absolute Trash service. I called ahead of time from my job early in the morning. Not only did the woman that picked up the phone, pass me over to someone rudly in the middle of my conversation. I Specifically explained to them that I wanted to remove what I had and then I wanted to add very small tips. She tells me they don’t do acrylic but the do some sort of gel that adds extension. Not a problem. They wait until I get there try to gaslight me and tell me how they thought I was coming in for a refill which NEVER left my mouth. They then tried to charged me $20 extra saying oh we don’t charge for fill in but to remove we do. I’m like listen, the money isn’t the problem it’s the fact that I clearly communicated to whomever was on the phone and she pretended to say that she understood what I needed. I could have made an appointment with a nail shop that was equipped and professional. AVOID COMING HERE ESPECIALLY AS A WOMAN OF COLOR. Instead of making things right they let a good customer leave. Someone that has come in there and spent over $200 getting cat eye and nail extension. So this wasn’t my first time coming to this location. But I can guarantee you...

I always go here after I have my laser done close by(my 4th time btw). Second time that I’m not satisfied. First, the gel peeled off after 4 days. I called them but was told it’s too late for me to go back and get corrected. Customer service given by the front desk was not that good. Seemed not friendly. The lady who did my nails today wasn’t that good. I was telling her to file more cus it was not straight(did square). Until I took the nail file when she got up to get nail polish cus I was annoyed after 5th time of telling that it wasn’t even. She took it when she got back and tried to file, tho I told her which part is not even. It seems like she was on a hurry. Not detail oriented cus the she doesn’t include the sides until I told her to do so. Just got out from there and you can see that it not that even! I still gave her tip. But I hope they would listen to the customer next time. Sorry, but Definitely not...

For $100 + $20 tip just for a gel pedicure, it was a horrible experience. I paid $68 for “Top Spa” pedicure with $20 gel add on. She tried to use a cheese grater on my callouses, which is not hygienic. She dropped things on the floor and used it on my feet still. The scrub she threw it on for one second and wiped it off without properly scrubbing. Her massage was done lazy and I felt her nails rubbing me, which was uncomfortable. She filed my nails AFTER she cured the color with the led light. That’s going to make my color peel off sooner. Horrible service. She also kept looking around the room while working on me and did such a lazy job....
