We signed up for the Gilded Age Mansions tour for something different to do this trip into NYC. We were able to get the tickets through TripAdvisor. We met our tour guide Matthew and were joined by a few other guests. Our guide was very friendly and provided some good backstory before the tour started. We got to walk around parts of the city scoping out the Gilded Age mansions which are mostly no longer homes (who could afford it anyway lol). The walk was very nice and the weather was perfect. I would def recommend this tour and Matthew for something different. I only wish you could see these buildings in their original glory and furnished but at least they still exist in the city!
