HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have worked in customer service myself whether in the food industry years back or in clinical care more recently. I always know to prioritize the patient or customer and help however/wherever I can. These rude and inconsiderate men choose to get into a back-and-forth argument with me regarding my medical insurance and offer to tell me the full price of the medication. I have encountered patients who have difficulty sorting out their insurance and I will work with them to get them what they need. These people don’t care. I am calling my PCP to forward all medication elsewhere and my family is withdrawing their business as well.

1 star because I can't do 0 stars. I called in and spoke with a pharmacist name DEAN. He was very unprofessional and not helpful at all. He claimed I needed to call the next day and speak with "whoever is on duty tomorrow".

Feeling very upset with the horrible attitude and service, being in healthcare myself, I called back to speak with the business owner. Dean picked up saying "I already spoke to you, the owner TRUMP is the president." He then hung up on me.

If this is the PHARMACIST who acts this unprofessionally, I don't want to imagine how they handle drugs. Good luck downward...

Don’t come here if you need a notary. After calling to check if he notary was in and available - we showed up and were told to come back in 20 minutes because he was “busy” even though he was nowhere to be seen. So we came back and waited in line and when he was done with the people in front of us he disappeared. When I asked if we could get some help we were told he was busy helping other people.
