If I could give a minus star I would. As a mother of the bride I was so excited to have found the dream dress. my dress was supposed to be delivered to the store by May 7. I purchased tickets to go to nyc for fitting that week. My daughter’s wedding date was June 11. I knew that May 7 would be cutting it close, but I put my trust in Vivaldi to make sure I would have my dress by the wedding. When May 7th came around, the dress hadn’t arrived. A week later- still no dress. After speaking to Kelly, who was managing my dress, I asked her to just ship me the dress and I would do any alteration here in my hometown. Long story short, the dress never arrived to me. What’s worse were the lies- one lie after another and another even going as far as to fake fedex tracking number.

Finally almost 3 weeks before the wedding I requested a refund. I had no more faith that the dress would arrive to my hometown, let alone even arriving to Vivaldi store. There was never any proof of where the dress was, or even in what condition for that matter. Fast forward to today, a week after the wedding.

After several more lies, it has become obvious they will not refund my purchase of the dress that never arrived. Finally, I had to dispute the charges with our credit card company.

This experience has been surreal. I want to warn anyone that is planning to order from them. This is not a trustworthy store and pls pls take your money and business elsewhere. The level of stress I experienced only two weeks before the wedding to find a dress was beyond any financial damages that...

My son and his beloved set a date for their wedding and I searched for a dress for months. I was looking for a dress that felt right and was flattering. I looked in every department store (more than once), boutiques, small dress shops, larger dress shops, on line...time was running out and I was freaking out. I went to one boutique on the UWS and was told that they had nothing for me in my budget. Finally I went to Vivaldi Boutique. I met Kelly and explained what I was looking for: black, simple, elegant and within my budget. Holly showed me several dresses and finally there were 3 that I liked enough to try on. I had not seen anything similar to these dresses in my prior search. Kelly was patient and took the time to pin each dress to fit appropriately. I sent photos of the dresses to my sister and future daughter-in-love who both liked all three. The next day I committed to one of the dresses. I had several fittings during which Holly was patient and supportive. It was an absolute pleasure working with Kelly and getting to know such a fine being. The wedding weekend was magical. This is a wonderful store . The selection of merchandise is phenomenal. Something for everyone. The ability of their seamstresses to fit your item perfectly to your body is amazing. However, most important is that this would not be possible without Kelly. She is not just an outstanding sales person, she truly cares. She is purposeful in being sure that your are perfectly comfortable in the items you choose and does not hesitate to guide in a soft helpful way. She works tirelessly with the seamstresses to assure the fit is correct, often suggesting modifications that are more flattering. She know the business, loves her customers and love what she does.She absolutely beams when she dresses you your finished item and it is perfect!
