Target — Local services in New York

Today I experienced this Target closing early I'm okay with five even 10 minutes the store closed 15 minutes before it's publicize closing time such an inconvenience I needed two ingredients to finish my shopping for the day heavy whipping cream and one red onion I expressed this to the gentlemen downstairs who was guarding the door and he told me he could not let me in because he would get fired Target you really need to do better I've never experienced this from Target outside of the Bronx I wonder if this is a target policy in the Bronx for firing someone because someone was letting is a little extreme I work not too far from a Target in Manhattan and never have experienced early closing you need...

Went to get deodorant. No one working in the aisles instead they are all grouped up by the registers laughing and having conversations. Asked one of the african american ladies with glasses and no id but her shirt had an id number, if she could open the door. Her exact words were “ I don’t have a key, go on over there and ask someone else”. Extremely rude. Extremely unprofessional. Then knowing I was going to complain proceeds to her other coworkers to tell them she would send someone else. Obviously doesn’t want to work there and should not be either. This place is extremely unprofessional . With very to little items you would think the customer service is a bit better but it’s not . I placed mobile orders for the item not to be there causing many inconveniences . I called today to inquire about an item and the worker was very bothered and not really trying to help. I asked for a manager when “team lead crystal” got to the phone . I told her I wanted to speak to a manager and she argued w me about whether a team lead is a manger or not .
