Great service! Really nice staff. Now let me tell you why. Because this was quite the adventure during our short visit to NY. We ordered 4 x 12 inch pizza’s and waited for the order to be brought at our tabel. But as soon as our first pizza came
we knew something went wrong. Because the first pizza we received was a giant 18 inch-covering-a-whole-table kind of pizza. It was enourmous. (Looked really delicious though!). And the staffmember said he was going to bring the other pizza’s and put them on the tables next to ours
. By the surprised looks on our faces the staffmember very quickly realised that something wasn’t right. So we got talking and found out what went wrong. They wrongly thought we ordered 3x 18 “ and 1x 12” pizza and went ahead and made them. Even though we were just a family of 4. It certainly explained why my husband thought the bill he payed up front was exceptionally high for a lovely small pizza place like this. But what do us tourists know right?!đŸ„ŽđŸ˜… Anyways, the staffmember quickly offered to pay back the difference and said it was their mistake. We felt really bad about the inconvenience because a lot of love and effort went in to making these pizza’s.đŸ«Ł They kept insisting on paying it back though. They even gave us the pizza’s to take home as the shop was about to close up for the night so they weren’t able to sell them as slices. So we agreed with the staff to give the pizza’s to a couple of homeless people nearby. And we tipped them generously ofcourse. This has to be said
the pizza’s that we did get to eat ourselves were absolutely delicious! Very tastefull! It’s...

Today was a horrible day. Between the owner and the workers working behind the counter They can't handle The pressure when there's alot of customers. I came in today and there was no one in the place. I order one slice of pizza and a vegetable salad. After 20 minutes I went to see where my Vegetable salad and the pizza of slice were The vegetable salad was ready but they forgot to put my pizza in. Originally I went to get my pizza because I didn't want to too hot and that's when I found out after 20 minutes they never put it in. The manager or the owner was there and he had a bad nasty attitude Instead of getting me the slice he kept attending to all the people that came in after me and I kept asking to please give me my slides I don't want to too hot and they kept ignoring it. I've been coming to this place for the past year couple of times a week and after that nasty attitude and poor customer service I will never return back to this place ever again. Again this place cannot handle the amount of customers they get in at lunch time it's too much for them. Just to be clear the food is not bad the atmosphere it's not bad and the girl that works the cash register she's very nice and very caring but the rest should learn from her...

I’m not from NYC, so I’m probably not the best judge for a real good “NY slice,” but my slice was really good compared to others I’ve tried in NYC! I don’t remember how much it was, something around $5 or less, and it had mushrooms and pep and was pretty big (I’m not a big eater so one NYC standard-sized slice is usually enough for me for lunch, but probably not most people). It was very hot coming out and had a good amount of sauce and cheese, which was nice and melty. The sauce taste was good too and I like enough sauce so that the cheese doesn’t overpower the pizza, and this had the perfect amount of both. Service was quick, as it usually is in these types of pizza places, and the pizza came out within less than 7 mins probably, and that’s with people filling the inside of the restaurant up as it was lunch hour, so I’m sure other times they are faster or slower. I ate inside on a high chair and there was other seating available as many people were carrying out or would finish quickly. The only thing I wish they’d had that I didn’t see was condiments because I like red pepper flakes and oregano sometimes, but it...

Great Tasting Pizza!!! I used to work near this pizza shop but was not close enough to go during lunch. Fast forward 3 years: My doctor's office is close, I was hungry, and I had some time before I had to be to work across town. There's a nice variety of pizzas to choose from whenyouwalk in, and I immediately zoomed in on the last slice of Veggie Lovers that was left. So I bought that and a regular cheese slice. I dined in & ate the Vegetable one first. OMG! From the first bite I was in love! I knew I needed another but I didn't have time for them to make another pie. The cheese slice was good too...not firm/crrunchy enough for me but still good. Two weeks later, I had another doc appointment (across town) and went to get 2 slices of Veggie Lovers to go (I will travel for good food). Another appointment the same week and I was able to go back and sit for another 2 slices. I'm hooked! Yes, that is broccoli and spinach in the pic...first time I've had both on a vegetable pizza. I take the olives off & go to town.

Got a cheese slice for $4. I think it's overpriced for what you get. The slice has no flavor. Adding seasoning is a must. There was what looked like orange soda spilled all over the wall behind where I was sitting. I brought it to the cashier's attention but he just said they have to clean the whole place. Makes no sense. Why would you be open without cleanining first and why wouldn't you address the customer's concern right away and at least get a rag and wipe the wall down in the meantime. You're just going to leave soda on the wall during operating hours. Ridiculous.
