Unfortunately, I had the worst experience at this store. I had 4 lines on my account and needed help with moving my service from T-Mobile to Verizon. I went to the store on Sunday and was initially assisted by Natalia since she spoke Russian. At first, she said she moved all of the lines to Verizon successfully, which took her about 4 hours to do, and it seemed like she had no clue what she was doing as she was constantly asking for help from other staff. Then once I came home and placed the SIM cards on the phones, two of the numbers did not work. So, I went back to the store and Natalia kept insisting that the numbers got blocked because the phones that we were using were apparently stolen and I was involved in fraud. This is a major accusation and is false since these phones were working with T-Mobile before, so I have no idea where she got this information from. The issue did not get resolved, so I wasted 6 hours of my time dealing with this nonsense. After a full day of not having phone service, I went back today and this time Natalia said that the phones were blocked because the wrong SIM cards were inserted into the two phones. She was the one that gave me the wrong SIM cards, but instead of acknowledging her own mistake she accused me and kept interrogating me about where I got this SIM card from even though she was the one that gave it to me. Eventually, she began screaming at me in Russian and started accusing me of stealing two of my own phones and even the SIM card she gave me. She kept saying that my phones would not work, so I ended up buying two new phones because of her own mistake. Overall, she acted very racist towards me, spoke to me as if I was a kid, and was extremely disrespectful. The manager only came after I called him, even though he saw what was happening. Thankfully, the manager finally helped. After all of this, I regret...
Read moreI went to speak with someone in-person about my account and a possible upgrade. The employee took me over to the display phones, dialed Verizon customer service, and told me to talk to the person who comes on the line. I couldn’t figure out how to change the volume on the display cell, got transferred when the first person said they couldn’t help me, and had to dodge customers trying to look at other display phones directly by the one I was put on. The Verizon store employee motioned a thumbs up from across the store and I said back “NO IT’S NOT WORKING”. The phone employees kept asking me to give access for them to see my account and I kept doing so, but then I started getting messages that the server wasn’t working, so the texts weren’t going through and I couldn’t give access anymore. We then started using email for access So much time was wasted giving access multiple times while I watched other customers get helped by a live store employee. I wouldn’t have had to spend any time giving access if the store employee had just helped me. I think I accidentally hung up on the phone employee by touching the wrong button on the display cell. I want going to try calling back, and wasn’t going to wait in line, so ended up leaving without being helped, embarrassed for whatever reason they didn’t want to help me, specifically,...
Read moreService very slowly and not be patient,Andrew, the male registration clerk, had a very bad attitude. Even though we had already registered, someone cut in line and made us wait for an hour in vain. His attitude towards us is still very bad. He was very impatient with us and yelled at us while he was talking! I will never come to this store again. It was obviously their mistake, but now I'm still extremely rude to customers. I was insulted by his attitude. I will definitely write to Verizon headquarters to complain. As a guest I was treated unfairly. Looking at the website, there are a lot of negative reviews about this store. I also carefully read your response to the customer complaint. These replies are just polite replies and do not solve the problem at all. If you continue like this, you will only lose more customers because you are not the only telecom company. The market competition is very fierce now. If you can't retain customers, you will be eliminated sooner or later! Your employees lack professionalism and skills, your service attitude is not careful and patient enough, your company's product promotions are not attractive enough, your prices are more expensive than other companies but your services are not in place, your service locations are not comprehensive...
