I was introduced to Mike in 2019 through my previous personal trainer during a time when I was training at one of New York City's popular gyms. During that time I had the opportunity to interact with him and got to witness some of his techniques. After the pandemic forced all gym facilities to close, I approached him by email and we started training sessions virtually using minimal equipment at home. Over time (and once allowed) we transitioned more sessions using a smaller private gym facility (per my request) so I could incorporate more gym equipment into my training. From our initial sessions to the present, Mike has integrated in our training schedule various consultations where we get to discuss modifications in the program in reference to my long term goals regarding weight loss, while increasing overall strength and conditioning. Other subjects we get to discuss vary from modifications targeting my specific nutrition plan, to supplements, to ways for the body to enhance effective testosterone production especially for those of us who have deficiency. As part of the program, Mike has been providing me with information through different links/articles to discuss specific questions/issues that have transpired over the past year in my program evolution.
