The Synod has been awful caretakers of this historic, landmarked building. The cornice is falling down and has been covered to protect passersby for many years with no sign of repairs being made. There is water damage on the front facade that gets worse every month. They should sell the building to someone who can properly care for the building. Right now it's on a slippery slope to...
