I’ve been going to Magic Corsets for over 15 years, and let me tell you—this place is unmatched! Since I was a teenager, I’ve struggled with having a small frame and a fuller chest (32DDD back in the day, now a 36JJ), and it was nearly impossible to find bras that fit—let alone support. Most mainstream stores start their D-cups at 36 and up, so I always felt stuck… until I found Magic Corsets.
Lisa is the GOAT. A true OG in the bra game. Her eye for sizing is so on point, handing her a measuring tape feels disrespectful. She just knows. And the entire team brings that same level of expertise—shoutout to Maya and Laura for taking care of me today while Lisa is on vacation. The store was in great hands!
What I love most about this place is that it’s no fluff, no pressure—just expert help, incredible inventory, and real results. This is the kind of place you come to with intention: get in, get what you need, and leave with a bra (or two) that’ll last you for years if taken care of properly. When I visit, I plan to spend between $80–$300, and it’s always worth every penny. They carry everything—from everyday bras to specialty pieces—and if they don’t have it, they’ll order it for you.
I moved upstate during Covid and still haven’t found another place like it. Lane Bryant has been okay in a pinch, but nothing compares to Magic Corsets. I’m so grateful they survived the pandemic because this place has literally lifted my body and my spirit. A good bra does wonders for your confidence, especially for someone like me who can’t just walk into Macy’s or Victoria’s Secret and find my size.
Whenever I go in, I laugh, I have fun, and I leave feeling better about myself. I try to get fitted at least once a year (though I know it’s recommended every 6 months).
To those who may have had a less-than-perfect experience, I encourage you to give them another try. The quality, fit, and knowledge they offer will absolutely change your mind.
This isn’t just a bra store—it’s a sanctuary for people like me. Thank you, Magic Corsets, for doing the...
Read moreI am grateful to have walked in this little gem of a shop today on Austin. I am a large breasted woman and hate the idea of bra shopping since its extremely frustrating to figure out correct sizing and styles for my shape. Well I walked in the shop asked if they has bra's for large breasted women, the nice and knowledgeable women immediately asked me what I thought was my size (LOL) I never knew I was wearing the wrong bra size until having walked into this boutique. I cant remember their names but both ladies immediately knew my size by looks not what I told them and picked bra's for me to try on with hands on assistance. This is awesome service, of course you cant be shy, it is what it is and I really didn't want to be bothered with hassling into bras only to find out its not a great fit. This lady got it right on the first try. They made my extremely comfortable, they were pleasant almost like friends trying to assist you and knowledgeable. This is the only place I will be shopping for my bra's going forward. This is the kind of boutique that remembers you and upon seeing you will present you with merchandise according to your preferences. And to think I passed this shop by...
Read moreI would say this store has a good collection of things and I still do believe that. However, the attitude from one of the workers was ridiculous. I came in to look at a few things and one woman came and started giving me things to try on so I’m like this will help narrow down what I’m looking for, even though I didn’t ask for none of that. It was around 5:30 and I noticed that they close at 6, and because I told her I’ll come back another day that SAME week so that I could have more time to browse around, the same lady said, “next time tell me you’re not gonna buy something cause I stayed back to help you when I could have closed and went home”. Mind you, it was not 6PM yet. So maybe common sense is not so common…. You close at 6, NOT 5:30. Nonetheless, I smiled and walked away. You have a store, own it and enjoy it. A good, positive attitude keeps customers coming. Mind you, they were still opening for other customers. Ignorance is bliss. You are not obligated to buy anything but it is your job as a worker to assist customers and help them even if they walk away with an item or...
