The question is…. WHY was the statue of JESUS placed right underneath a waterspout ??? Look at the photos I’ve posted. That waterspout or the statue should’ve been placed apart from each other. This leads me to believe that architect did it intentionally. Now that the church is undergoing renovations, its time for them to correct the situation. ✝️

Walking home today from a long walk on the east side and passed by this beautiful old church. Nice plaza in front of the church entering from 34th st. Very picturesque.

Very impressive old style architectural design in the center of Midtown Manhattan! Interior design is complemented by a beautiful stained glass window. There is a small bookstore on the first floor where you can purchase historical Armenian books and suvenirs. Inside of church is very peaceful.
