I just want to clarify what this is for people who explore NYC. This is an office building but the ground floor is a food court that anyone can come into and eat at. I hesitated coming here for years because I didn't know what the deal was, and I lived too far away to just waste the trip up here just to see it was some office building I wasn't allowed in. For people who don't work here, you are welcome to come in and eat, and the places they have are actually really good. The security will not bother you and you can just walk by either one without them asking if you're legit. I say this because the elevators has an art display and you are allowed to go in and look, but me I was thinking I'd end up getting called out for just going inside to see. Read moreThe factory is the Latest attempt by NYC to create a better atmosphere for city workers. While a grand idea it is in the middle of nowhere where with no access to public transportation. There are no trees. The city keeps building new facilities for the department of health and wasting a lot of money developing more buildings that they grow out of in a 5 years . Metro tech expenses to build all this office space then they abandoned it to developers for .5 cents on the dollar. Less money needs to be spent on new buildings as the air conditioning in this one is always on the fritz and more money getting better management for the healthcare workers who apparently have been told to not collaborate about their...
