Papillon Bakery & Cafe — Restaurant in New York

I go there everyday for breakfast and lunch, they have always been giving me a good amount of food for the price. Yesterday and today I went and the amount of food for the price was ridiculous. Then they charged me more for a few more slices of bacon. Everytime you go there it is a different story. They charge you different prices depending on the person that is behind the register. Also the ladies are not pleasant at all. They don't smile and are not welcoming at all. When I am walking in and I see them all there it makes me want to walk right back out. Why is that? What happened to customer service? It is 7 am, why are you so unhappy in the morning? They need new employees or have their employees trained in customer service. Worst service ever!!! I was waiting in line to be attended and there was 1 person serving the food and a long line to pay. I was waiting in the line to pay because i did not wanted to wait so long because i had to go back to work. When it was my turn, the serving lady (she wear glasses) decided to attend other person who just arrived and i I told her that it was my turn, i was waiting for 7 min approx and she looked at me and she said ok and she ignored what i said and she attended the other person. They overcharged me for a croissant ham and cheese sandwich that cost 4.75. When I asked the register girl why she charged me 5.90 when I came here yesterday and paid 4.75. She looked at the menu and she smiled and asked her coworker, “when are we going to change the prices on the board at the top”. She really thought I was falling for that, specially with the reaction the guy gave her back.
