Went to this salon based on the glowing reviews. They were very accommodating with scheduling and everyone there was very nice and attentive. The pedicure was good, nothing special. When I was considering doing the gel manicure I originally came in for, I was looking around at the gel polishes. I noticed that they carried the brand “Modelones” gel and dip powder. You can purchase that brand on Amazon for like $10 for 5 polishes. Not sure why I’d pay $50 to have them use cheap (and poor quality) polish. I am skeptical about why they would carry this brand. The only reason I can think is that they are not a licensed business, because only licensed salons can purchase professional grade gel polish. I was very excited to try this place as I was looking for a monthly regular spot around my place and saw good reviews. Unfortunately, this place hugely disappointed me, as the nail technician cut me during the pedicure and led to bleeding. She explained that it was due to rushing and that it was an accidental pinch, which I believe and understand. However, during the treatment and after she cut me, she was on a call while painting my nail. I came here today for a pedicure for the first time and I will definitely be coming back. The employees here were extremely thoughtful and kind, and made sure that I was comfortable and enjoyed the experience.

The pedicure package I chose included hot towel, massage, etc. and it was worth it. I left the salon extremely pleased and relaxed.
