I had the greatest experience here today! Crystal was the person who helped my 20 year old daughter and I. She was very patient, knowledgeable and thorough. She created a customized skincare plan for both of us. She incorporated products I already use with some new products I can’t wait to try. She was so great, she even wrote out how to use all the products (new and old products). She also color matched our foundation. Not only was Crystal very professional, she was a lot of fun! I have ordered products from the Ordinary online and have been quite pleased. I wanted to visit this store while in NYC to get an expert opinion on what I should actually be using. Great products but terrible customer service! I came in on Sunday morning and was the only customer there with 4-5 employees...HOWEVER, no one came to greet or assist me at all (I even had to say hello to them first when I walked in cause they were all busy chatting and laughing). I ended up feeling extremely uncomfortable as they kept on laughing behind my back, so I just grabbed things as quickly as I could. My piece of advice is probably to know what you want to get before coming, so you can avoid dealing with the ignorant...

Affordable and simple regimen. It was the first time I visited this store and can’t wait to try the two oils I ended up buying for less than $9 each.

Customer service was OK, while I asked a simple question; ‘what oil should I use for early signs of aging?’ The first person couldn’t answer and had to call someone else who could, and seemed very knowledgeable and made good suggestions. It just left me wondering why the first person didn’t know such basic question...
