I signed up for the course to gain a deeper understanding of this style of meditation, and to commit to a daily practice. I was also seeking more balance, clarity, and joy in my personal life. The course gave me so much more than I dreamed it would! I committed myself to diving into the reading, the discussions, and the sits for 12 weeks. With that, I have opened myself up to the Buddhist wisdom and philosophy, but have only scratched the surface. I look forward to expanding my knowledge. I have also established a consistent daily meditation practice, which was one of my main goals in taking the course. What I didn't expect was to create friendships that I hope last a lifetime! There is no doubt that Dina put her heart and soul into designing a very well-rounded course that covers so much more than teaching Buddhist wisdom and Vipassana meditation. It is clear that she knows who she is and what she wants to accomplish. Her ability to connect with people from all over the world and all walks of life from a place of love and compassion is a gift. I always felt heard and supported when she answered my questions, emails, etc. (I finally had the opportunity to meet her, and she is just as lovely in person!) I now have a consistent meditation practice, which was one of my main goals in taking this course. I know I am a better listener, and more patient. While it's a work in progress, I am getting better about responding and not reacting. I notice myself taking a moment (or two, or three) to think about how I want to respond. It feels much better when I do this! I am more present. I notice that in my conversations with others, my morning walks, when I make the bed, fold clothes, etc. Life is more colorful! One last thing, I have Type 1 diabetes and have noticed that my blood sugars are more consistent. I believe it's because I'm meditating and that has brought more calm and peace into my life. I am making better decisions with managing it, and I'm quite certain, producing less cortisol, which affects blood sugars.

An invitation to return to breath🧘🏾‍♀️📿 The Path Meditation Teacher Training is not just a course—it is an initiation into a way of being that aligns the soul with something vast, ancient, and deeply intelligent. This training does not simply teach meditation; it reshapes the very fabric of how one walks through the world. Under the luminous guidance of Dina, whose presence is a testament to authenticity and wisdom, I have found myself unlocking doors I never knew existed—within my own heart and in the spaces between myself and others. Her teaching is not performative; it is raw, real, and deeply attuned to the truth of this practice. Through this journey, I am becoming more than a practitioner—I am becoming a better human. A more present mother. A more open partner. A mentor who listens not just with ears, but with presence. This training has refined the way I stand beside others in my profession, not as someone leading or pushing, but as a steady presence in the unfolding of their own path. If you are searching for something more than knowledge—if you are seeking a connection to the intelligence that moves through all things—this is where you will find it. The Path Meditation Teacher Training does not hand you answers! It invites you into a stillness where you begin to remember them ✨

When Dina invited me to a Meditation & Merlot gathering, I thought what a unique pairing. With my curiosity peaked and knowing Dina is amazing, kind, caring, thoughtful and inspired, off I went. I've meditated many times before, but what was particularly wonderful about this experience was the power of meditating with a group irl - and having a wonderful balance of quiet meditation with teachings from Dina combined with thoughts and perspectives from the others attending. Highlights also included the sound bath which set a relaxed mood to start the experience and experiencing my first walking meditation. It's hard to describe unless you experience it, but the calmness and focus lingered with me for days. Afterwards we chatted over drinks where conversations immediately went a little deeper, a little realer, and it was just an overall incredible experience. Whether you're new to meditation, a daily meditator, or want to experience the power of community meditation with great people you must attend one of Dina's gatherings! It'll help bring inspiration to your own path.

I am writing this review to express my heartfelt gratitude and appreciation for the incredible experience I had while completing the Meditation Teacher's Certification Course at PATH. From the moment I enrolled, I was met with nothing but professionalism, warmth, and a genuine passion for teaching and personal growth.

First and foremost, I must commend Cheryl, my teacher, for her exceptional guidance throughout the course. Her depth of knowledge, combined with her compassionate approach, created a learning environment that was both challenging and nurturing. Cheryl's ability to convey complex concepts in an understandable and relatable manner was truly remarkable. Her dedication to each student's success was evident in every interaction, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have had the opportunity to learn from such a masterful teacher.

Dina, the Founder of PATH, has clearly poured her heart and soul into creating a program that not only educates but also transforms. The course content was thoughtfully designed, comprehensive, and delivered in a way that catered to a variety of learning styles. The POD structure was particularly innovative, allowing for a personalized learning experience that catered to individual needs and schedules. It's evident that Dina's vision and commitment to excellence are the backbone of PATH's success.

I also want to extend my thanks to Julie, the IT support specialist, whose responsiveness and technical expertise ensured that any technical issues were resolved promptly. Julie's assistance was invaluable, and her friendly demeanor made every interaction a pleasure.

The rest of the PATH team, whose names I may not know individually, played a crucial role in the smooth operation of the course. Their behind-the-scenes work did not go unnoticed, and their collective effort contributed to an exceptional learning experience.

The interactive style of the course was another standout feature. Engaging with fellow students and instructors in real-time discussions and practical sessions added a dynamic layer to the learning process. It fostered a sense of community and collaboration that was both inspiring and motivating.

In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend PATH's Meditation Teacher Certification Course to anyone looking to deepen their understanding of meditation and embark on a fulfilling career as a meditation teacher. The combination of knowledgeable instructors, well-structured content, and a supportive community creates an unparalleled learning environment. Thank you, Cheryl, Dina, Julie, and the entire PATH team, for an unforgettable journey. I am proud to give you my highest recommendation...

I'm so very glad to have participated in The Path Meditation Teacher Training. I am a public high school teacher, and I took the course because I wanted to bring meditation into my classroom after noticing how much stress and anxiety my students face, especially in recent years. I hoped to learn how to use Meditation and Mindfulness to help my students become healthier versions of themselves. I have wanted to bring these practices into my classroom for awhile, but I have never felt prepared and knowledgeable enough to do so, and this teacher training seemed like the perfect opportunity. The Path's Teacher Training ended up being everything I hoped for and more.

I went into the training focused on how I could help my students, and I now feel confident in guiding my students in meditation and sharing mindfulness practices with them that will contribute to their wellbeing in a variety of ways. The experience has also impacted my own wellbeing. I have experienced the benefits of meditation and mindfulness firsthand. I have learned the benefits of daily meditations and recognize how I can use meditation to help me deal with my own anxiety. I have learned more about myself, which will help me be a kinder, more empathetic human and a better teacher to my students.

The course is perfectly structured with a balance of instruction, discussion, and practice. The readings, course teachings, and class conversations provided me with clarity and wisdom. Dina, the instructor, is a fabulous teacher, leading with kindness, humor, and a true desire to really get to know and support the participants and build a real community.

I have learned more about how I can use meditation and mindfulness to be the best version of myself, and also how I can teach my students the benefits of meditation. I recommend this training to anyone who is...
