A nice spacious area with lots of brands of makeup to choose from; pro, high end and niche alike. Great woman with blue hair and glasses on the floor that was super helpful, kind and patient.

The reason for my 3 star review was that I noticed after leaving that some items I purchased were priced above MSRP - totally okay and I’m sure they’re not the first place to do it; I should’ve asked prior to purchasing (store credit only on unopened items return policy) and I noticed the line I purchased from was one of the few that didn’t have a price list like some other brands did.

It’s moreso on top of that when I called after making the purchase and KINDLY asked about the price difference that a man answering the phone had an attitude when I asked and his answer was “Well, we’re not (brand name), so...” I politely told him “Of course, I understand I was just curious - I didn’t mean any offense” and I was being kind because of his rude, defensive tone. Even after my UNNECESSARY apology he, with the same tone said “Yeah, ok, thanks.” And hung up. That alone made me regret making any purchase at all. 2023 Update It's consolidated to just the 8th floor now I forgot how much I LOVE this store! Incredibly talented and knowledge staff, it's such a wide variety of items. Everything from costume, cosplay, hair styling, makeup, skincare, sfx, but also fabric care, sewing, jewelry making, shoe and hat care and millinery supplies, travel bottles, repotting kits of all shapes and sizes and and... They stock the best brands from all over the world and it's really worth going in person as the shipping for aerosols and flammables will kill you but also I'm not entirely sure if online is kept as up to date as in person (seems like a gargantuan task just by how many SKUs they carry)-- or if they just have so many things it's easier for me to shop by eye than online Do stop in and I bet you'll find something for your household or every day life

I came here a few weeks ago for some dye for my satin heels. I have been to many shoe store looking for it, but no success or avail. That is, until I found this store. This store is a gem/jewel for anyone that likes to COSPLAY and needs (they have alot of colors+kits like white, red, green, etc) theatrical makeup+other supplies. They even have supplies here where you can make your clothes look dirty and aged as if you were doing a specific type of graveyard zombie shoot. The staff here are nothing short of outstanding and helpful. If you need fake blood+prosthetic bite wounds for a zombie or vampire costume, they have it. If you need hair materials for making a wig like pins or glue, they have it. If you needs vampire fangs, they have that too. I know where Im coming for my cosplay supplies. I Cant wait to return and...
