The UPS Store — Local services in New York

Everytime I go to this site they are polite and extremely helpful. The only reason that I gave the 3 stars instead of 5 is because I personally believe they turn certain people package away. My package was scheduled to come 49 Flatbush and it was sent to 315 Flatbush. When I ask the young lady why would my package go somewhere else her response was Nonchalant she said she does not know. Then she proceed to tell me that it is only a 5 minute walk which it a lie. It is actually a train stop away which would make it at least 7 or more block away. I was on my lunch break when I went there. At 315 Flatbush location the had about 20 or more packages at 49 Flatbush the only had 1. Now why is that?She also said that she did not have a number to call the 315 Flatbush location which I just did not believe her and told her that she seem to not be wanting to help me. Now again I see another 1 of my packages that was to go 49 Flatbush did make there. Instead once again it at 315 Flatbush. I'm...

I went there today at 11:44am 06/14/23 to create a label and ship sensitive documents time sensitive I paid $16.18 for the ground shipping and for the envelope 10X13 to ship my items the woman was nice however she did not not do her shop right!!!! When a customer drops off a package as an ups employee you’re supposed to scan the package into the system she failed to do that and I’m very upset those are very sensitive documents!! As a former ups employee I know how the the company operates I called the ups store around 5 pm to ask what happened they said driver will pick up at 7 pm my name is Steven and I’m very upset !! I called UPS but they could not do anything because the employee did not scan my package right now the tracking said label created ready for ups like if they don’t have it yet but they do!!!!...

Sonny was clean, did not stink, well groomed, and had no smelly breath.

Sonny, the clerk who helped me, was calm, professional, answered my questions completely, was patient, demonstrated good focus, was respectful, and demonstrated equanimity under duress when another customer seemed to keep trying to distracting him from helping me to focus on the customer.

Sonny was kind and efficient to this 65 year old, breast cancer survivor of eight months, and owner of severe arthritis and a cane on a cold, yet brisk and wonderful December day. I am grateful.

Sonny will go far, I suspect.
