Time Galleries — Local services in New York

I came across Time Galleries via social media and decided to check them out. The store is quite grand with rows and rows of antique electronics, glassware, furniture, lighting and wall art. They even have a basement full of antique furniture that is open to customers. The woman working the front desk was friendly and helpful. When buying a bigger piece of furniture, you’re given 7 days to come pick it up with proper transportation or you can inquire with their various delivery services available about having it dropped off to your home. Prices are not firm and they are open to negotiation so long as it is fair. Come pick-up day, our item was in the same condition as when I first purchased it and staff helped bring it up the stairs as well as outside to load it into our vehicle. Definitely recommend checking out Time Galleries! They are constantly restocking so there is always new stuff...

For someone interested in Antiques, this is a true treasure chest. Sooooo many treasures.

I just moved to Brooklyn and looking around for some cheap furniture entered this shop with not much hope. I stayed a long while. Just going around and around and around. Calculating my budget and my space and my budget again. They have great stuff. Lovely mahogany chest of drawers, next to the now stylish again sideboards from the 1960s. Also lovely bed side tables from the 1930s.

Angel agreed to buy a vintage coffee table from us after communication over the phone, texting and sending multiple pictures of the item. We set up a time to drop it off and agreed on a price.

Upon dropping off the table we were told instantly and rather rudely that they would not accept it. After we took the time to transport it ourselves to the store.
