My 2yo threw her shoes out of the stroller on our way to school. Went into Tiptop to get her a new pair, but was unsure of her shoe size. I explained that I would need to drop her shoes off at school, but if they didn't fit, I asked, if would I be able to return or exchange them, even if she wore them at school. The sales clerk assured me it would not be a problem. I asked again at checkout if I could exchange them even if worn. I was again, assured it would not be a problem.
