I visited the Tissot store in NYC on July 31, 2025, around 4:00 PM, hoping to purchase a PRX as a birthday gift to myself. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing.
Upon entering, no one greeted me or acknowledged my presence. I walked around for several minutes without any assistance. Just as I was about to leave, a sales associate approached me—though it felt more out of obligation than genuine interest. When I asked to see the PRX in both blue and black, I was met with a dismissive comment that they were “the same,” followed by a reluctant presentation of the watches.
When I inquired whether there were any promotions or specials, I was told, in a rather curt and annoyed tone, “This is a corporate store. Absolutely no discounts.” I didn’t think asking was unreasonable, but the response made me feel as though I was out of line for simply asking.

As far as I know the customer always has the right but not...

I wondered into the Tissot store in Times Square, because there was a particular Tissot I liked, and considered buying in the past. I had zero intention of buying a watch when I went into the store, but the sales people were so kind, helpful and knowledgeable, I started to get swayed into buying one.
I knew I could buy the watch at a lower price than what the store was asking, but the professionalism of the sales staff made me say “screw it, It all evens out in the long-run” I hope Tissot pays them well.
Very pleased with...
