Today I made it to Pasta Eater ‘N Go, and let me tell you, I was immediately transported back to Italy! It’s a cozy and charming spot, impeccably clean and the warm welcome from Ludovico, with his radiant energy and contagious smile, sets the perfect tone from the very first moment. They’ve opened slightly more than a week ago and the location (on 9th Ave and 50th Street) is prime! I’ve felt home and the vibe there is genuinely a 100% Italian! I started with “Prosciutto & Burrata” as an appetizer, served in a bed of arugula and Ludovico kindly put some fresh bread on the side, both the Prosciutto Crudo and Burrata were absolutely phenomenal. The Italian prosciutto was flavorful, and the burrata melted in my mouth and left that sweet and milky aftertaste I could have literally every single day. For my main, I went for pasta, with the “Caserecce and Zucchini”, part of their lunch special (with several different pasta options for just $15! A great idea for Manhattan!). The pasta was perfectly al dente (to my taste a minute more wouldn’t have hurt), but that zucchini sauce? Outrageously delicious!!! I wanted to spread it on everything. To finish with a sweet note, Ludovico suggested a classic tiramisù, just like my nonna used to make it and it was so good It transported me straight back to my childhood. I also got offered one Sicilian Cannoli with a remarkably good ricotta cheese inside! So happy a place like Pasta Eater ‘N Go opened in New York and I personally wanted to give a huge shoutout to Ludovico and the team, for the kindness and hospitality. Opening a restaurant like this in NYC is admirable, God knows it’s not easy, and they’re doing it beautifully. Wishing them all the best because they truly deserve it! Can’t wait to be back soon to try more of their delicious...

Very mixed review here.

Service:

The busing service was great by the gentleman in a black t shirt. The waiter was too inattentive, we sat for 10 mins with empty plates waiting for the check. I even asked for the check at one point and the waiter said sure, then went back and scrolled on his phone until my wife just went up to the counter and paid.

Food:

Bread was slightly stale

Meatballs were some of the worst we’ve had, tasted like 93% lean beef with no seasoning or panade making them very chewy. Had a cat food type smell. Would not recommend these at all.

Amatriciana - the rigatoni itself was delicious, perfect al dente cooking, the sauce was very good with a nice pork and tomato flavor. However they crumbled up cold, overcooked/burnt bacon and put it on the pasta which was super disappointing. I use guanciale a lot and this was day old burnt diner bacon, i just pushed it off the plate and enjoyed the pasta & sauce.

Guisto - pasta and sauce again were great, but the prosciutto was not crispy at all, too tough and chewy which is not what the dish said it had.

Cannoli - very good sweet filling and crunchy shell

Atmosphere:

Nice little dining room and very casual setting

Overall disappointed in the experience, but the pasta and sauces (without the pork...

Pasta Eater N’ Go is not just a restaurant—it’s a feeling, a home, and a family you never knew you needed in the heart of New York City. This is not a place you simply “try”; this is a place that welcomes you with open arms, and once you step inside, you’ll never want to leave.

Ludovico and his team redefine hospitality. Their warmth and passion create an atmosphere that is unmatched, making every guest feel like part of something special. It’s rare to find service that blends such attentiveness with genuine connection, but here, it’s the standard.

And the food? Simply extraordinary. Authentic Italian flavors crafted with precision, bringing the soul of Italy straight to Hells Kitchen. Every bite bursts with perfection, transporting you to the trattorias of Rome, the kitchens of Naples, and the heart of Italian tradition.

Hells Kitchen has found its new meeting point, a vibrant hub where incredible food, outstanding service, and an unbeatable atmosphere come together. Pasta Eater N’ Go is not just a new spot in town—it’s the home you’ll never want to be without.

Bravo to this fantastic addition, bringing a true taste of...

This charming Italian restaurant in Hell’s Kitchen, Eater N Go, was a delightful experience! From the moment I stepped in, I felt transported to Italy. My friend and I enjoyed the food immensely—so much so that we recommended it to other friends, who also loved it! Eater N Go offers excellent homemade pasta, cooked to perfection. I had a seafood salad that was outstanding, and the zucchini blossoms appetizer was equally delicious. My pasta with porcini mushrooms and authentic Parmesan cheese was incredible—even better than what I had in Naples, Italy. My friend’s seafood pasta was just as delicious. The desserts were out of this world—the tiramisu was even better than what I can make at home, and the cannolis were so fresh that we devoured them all. We also had the pleasure of chatting with the owner, Ludgi, who welcomed us with warmth and kindness. I hope Eater N Go maintains its food quality and doesn't change anything, because I'll definitely be back with my friends. I highly recommend this delicious gem in Hell’s Kitchen!

Passed by and read that this place serves freshly made pasta and quickly checked out their menu. The spicy penne peperoncino caught my eye, so I decided to go in for a quick bite. I was pleasantly surprised by the genuine friendliness of the staff. This place is small but quaint and the pasta was absolutely incredible!!! As I was eating it, i was already mentally planning on coming back for another round because it was that delicious! I swear I could taste Italy in every bite! I wished I hadn't been in such a rush so I could have tried some of their other dishes. I will definitely be back! Also this place seems to be runned by Italians from Italy not the ny ones lol they were so sweet and proud of their business as they should be. Highly recommend it! 10/10
