Victors Villa Furniture Inc — Local services in New York

I absolutely love this furniture store because it's such a wonderful and non-stressful experience. Victor is amazing; I bought a couch about 9 years ago (still my favorite couch) and then came back to replace a bed. He knew from the picture, the company that made it and the model, and then called everyone he could to find me one as the color I wanted had been discontinued. I got one of the last ones! I find furniture shopping a little overwhelming, and to have someone so knowledgeable, patient and kind to guide you is really special. I would call him with random questions about the bed/box spring/mattress and he always took me seriously, and actually called the company to find out the answer.

Victor is also a very decent person. He really cares, is very fair and gives the best price. It was cheaper than online and I saved a lot in random fees as he gets all the items to the store and then delivers it using his team.

Honestly, I don't know where else I would go.In a world of online shopping, where things are shipped broken, and then it takes endless rounds of calls and being put on hold to resolve, it's so nice to deal with human and small business owner. It reminds me of growing up in NYC, where you shopped at family businesses where everyone knew their stuff and treated you...

I just purchased from Victor and Matt for the second time in 3 years and I could not be happier. What a great experience!

3 years ago, I bought a complete bedroom set - including a queen-sized storage bed, a dresser with mirror, and a night table. The quality was superb, the delivery was timely, and both Victor and Matt are genuinely a pleasure to work with. They patiently guided me through the differences in quality and helped me understand what would make sense in my space. Finally, it's important to understand that the product you're getting is superbly crafted (especially if you get Coaster), and is frequently superior to brand name stores in Manhattan, but at a FRACTION of the price. They can sell at better prices because of the smaller storefront and lower rent out in Queens. I would note it's a very quick and easy train ride and the store is right by the N,R trains.

I had just got a new apartment in Astoria and was looking to furnish it!!

I came across Victors Villa on my way home and had stopped in to just take a look, who knew I’d be leaving with a whole new couch/ kitchen table and a rug !!

I had told Victor my budget and let him know exactly what I was looking for! Victor is extremely patient , especially when I like to ask about 500 questions, he took his time personally showing me each and every couch, he even did some research for couches and what the best prices were!

They usually deliver within a day or two and they make it super easy, from calling you 15 minutes before they arrive to delivering it up my 3 flights of stairs to installing it in my apartment and moving it exactly where I wanted it !!

I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend people coming to victors villa, I’m extremely pleased with there prices / service and professionalism!
