Vu Hair — Local services in New York

Flew into NYC for new years. Googled hair salons around our hotel in Manhattan. VU Hair came up, I called the day before New Year’s Eve for a much needed shampoo & style and they got me in! My appointment was 12 noon on New Year’s Eve, to my surprise my appnt was with Vu HIMSELF!! I was so nervous he would shame me being a very ritzy salon owner located in the fabulous one of a kind Peninsula Hotel on 5th avenue! ( had been at our farm outside of Charlotte. -farm hair and I care!!). But he was so down to earth and kind and we shared the love of old houses and historic buildings and he had the same vision and purchase dreams of farms in the future! It was A amazing experience I instantly loved him and he made my hair look like it had never before! I didn’t even know I had that much hair!! A wonderful kismet unforgettable experience. Danny Salles,my stylist at Vu,was a total professional and gave me the best cut and color I've ever had. Don't be put off by the need to enter the Peninsula Hotel lobby-it's a quick ride to the penthouse, where you'll step into an intimate salon, which manages to be both contemporary and cosy, with stunning views. Danny is so warm, really down to earth and charming, but best of all, he really didn't need any input from me at all to give me a wonderful hairstyle. The rest of the staff were equally lovely. VuHair salon is amazing . I was there on Saturday to do my hair done , and all of the people who works there . They are amazing people . Especially Ms. Edita who did my colors . She really knew what to do with my hair because to be honest with you I have no idea what color I want so Edita came up with something to make my hair look beautiful and she did !!
