⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 Wall Street Ferry – Pier 11

We absolutely loved our family boat ride arriving at Pier 11 at Wall Street! The location is convenient—right next to the Financial District and beautifully maintained.

Once aboard, the ferry offered spacious seating, clean decks, and unobstructed views of the Statue of Liberty, Brooklyn Bridge, and downtown Manhattan skyline. Our kids were thrilled—spotting boats, tugboats, and landmarks kept them entertained throughout the ride!

The seating area and open-air decks allowed us to move around freely and snap photos without feeling crowded. The trip was relaxing and inspiring, giving us a fresh perspective on New York City’s iconic waterfront. Travel time was comfortable, with friendly crew announcements pointing out key sights along the way.

Highly recommend Pier 11 at Wall Street as a departure point for families looking for a scenic and stress-free NYC adventure. Great for locals and visitors alike—affordable, efficient, and...

It's nice to have another mode of transportation other than smelly subways and crowded buses. You get to see the city from a different perspective. My only issue with this port is not one of the ticket machines were working, so I had a bit of a wait on line for one ticket booth-one on wall street. That's a bit surprising for such a famous and busy port. That said, all the staff are very nice, even when you mistakenly step out of on the boarding landing before the ship docks, oops. Again the guys are very nice. My guess they may get a bit more stern, lol, when there are...

Captain Charles came through!

Due to scheduling problems caused by the Covid virus on Sunday June 21st, the posted schedule at Rockaway Beach was obsolete. It said that one more boat was to leave that night, but Captain Charles had only been informed of the new schedule, and wasn't aware the old one was still being displayed.

Faced with a dockful of stranded passengers, he contacted HQ, pleaded our case, and was given authorisation to take us all back to Wall St. via Sunset Park. He was cheerful throughout, and deserves command of an...

Jump off to the NYC ferry system. See uptown to downtown for $4. Great ride in good weather.
