We took the bus down to the Seaport today to look around and have lunch. Then we walked over to the Stock Exchange building and Trinity church. On the way, we passed through Mannahatta Park. Nothing too special here but just a good place to take a break from the busy city.

As far as leftover space parks go, this one is not so bad. I went in the off-hours so my impression is biased. My guess, this park is primarily about providing dining space for the lunch crowd, and a skateboard park.
