I’d honestly give this place 0 stars if I could. Their communication system is worse than before and it’s always been terrible. The fact that it’s gotten worse is baffling. I have the past hour trying to communicate with them via phone call to reschedule a very important missed appointment. I’m trying to communicate to reschedule and it’s always a problem. Their automatic voice mail box system (gives you options to pick from) put me on hold and then it just hung up. I called again and picked a different option to speak to a nurse, and she said she couldn’t help me and I tried explaining I called already and picked the option to schedule or reschedule an appointment and she said it’s not her job to help me with scheduling which, sure whatever that’s one thing. But if I’m explaining to you that your system is not properly working, I think she could’ve taken 2minutes to help me reschedule that appointment. It’s very unprofessional and a disservice to patients to literally dismiss them and put them on hold again with no guarantee that someone will help me. I have no idea what on earth I’m gonna do for my emergency rescheduling. I’m going to consider looking for a new office entirely. Last time I even had an in person visit, someone filled in for my doctor cuz she’s never there. And the person filling in also rushed my visit? I go all the way over there just to be rushed? And I call just to be dismissed? Unacceptable. Do better if you guys plan...

So disappointed with the doctor that I was scheduled to see. I was grateful that I got an appointment relatively fast for a new-patient visit. I went in at 4:00pm and was taken into the room right away. The receptionists were very friendly, and so were the nurses. The doctor, however, made me feel neglected. I went in complaining about stomach issues due to gastritis, I asked to get some blood work just to see if all was alright. You see, I’ve gained weight over the past three years and I wanted to check my CBC/cholesterol, triglycerides and thyroid. Through MyConnect portal I got the results for my thyroid test, but not the for the other exams. I received a call from the nurse 2 weeks after I saw the doctor, and the nurse told me that the doctor only asked to check for my Thyroid+Hepatitis. It is very upsetting to know that the doctor, not only did not listen to me during my visit, but also did not request for these others exams I wanted to get done. All I received from her was a note saying that I should workout 150/mins a week. Like no way, I do know I need to lose weight, thanks. Truly disappointed. They are the worst! Where shall I began!! I am a care giver for my aunt and she has a memory impairment and demita I can’t understand she sees the doctor that’s assigned to her on her insurance card but the doctor and staff is trying to say she’s not accepting new patients and they are trying to make her see another doctor that she doesn’t like but she seen the doctor that’s on her insurance card 6 times already I see right now I’m going to have to changed doctors who wants to go to a place and u have to see different doctor every time u have an appointment and u can’t see the doctor that’s on your insurance that’s your primary care doctor and then trying to say she’s not accepting new patient but my aunt been your patient the past 4 years how is that possible if any one looking for primary care doctor don’t come here they switch doctors every time u come and when u do see the doctor that’s your primary care they try to lie and say they not...
