beautiful store with a nice selection(s) and it was my first time coming here but the girl at the register wasn’t so welcoming. i had an order to pick up in which i did and then i decided to purchase some Nike Socks; one of the associates let me know where they were located which was on the 2nd floor and he also advised me that they were on sale buy one get one 50% off which was great i picked up 2 pks one in white and the other one in blk and i took it to the counter downstairs to pay and the associate which i didn’t catch her name but she had strands of blue color in her hair with another color if i’m not mistaken in which was the same girl that gave me my order legit had an attitude as if she was mad that she had to work but anyways she proceeded to tell me my total and so i let her know that i was told that they were on sale she let me know that i had a pk of youth socks and the other adults so i told her that i didn’t notice it because all the adult socks are all together and that i really didn’t want to go up those stairs again because i was with my son and i didn’t want him to go up those stairs again so instead of her looking for a solution so that i can leave happy and she made the sale she just looked at me and said OK very nonchalant about it and put the socks to the side and because i didn’t feel like arguing or anything along those lines i just left the store. her customer service was wack and maybe needs to...

I walked in here for the first time a few days before Christmas with my daughter. It was very clean, organized and there was so much to look at! I was immediately asked if I was looking for something in specific so I could be directed into the right section/floor, and a minute after arriving to the kids footwear section I was immediately asked if someone was assisting me. I asked for what I needed, it took no more than 3-5 minutes for the nice lady to bring me 2 pairs of shoes for my daughter to try on. 2 minutes later she came back to ask if everything was okay, once we told her which pair we'd be taking, she asked my name and told me I was welcome to keep looking around, and showed me where the check out was and that my shoes would be in a locker behind the register, to just give my name. In NEED of new management. What more needs to be said? Ordered a pair of shoes online and went to pick it up at the store. The manager canceled my ONLINE order I came to pickup just so that his team would get COMMISSION for the sale. WHAT!? On top of that since I bought it online with a discount he also refused to match the online price EVEN tho they had my shoes behind the counter he told me I has to wait for the shoes to be shipped to the store. ONLINE IT SAYS PAY AND PICK UP IN STORE (SINCE YOU HAVE IT IN STOCK) in THIS store. While all this is going on the store, it's packed with people asking for a shoe and size and INSTANTLY being told "NO, we don't have it" by a rude rep before the customer could even say another word.
