Felt extremely violated by the return experience and felt my rights as customer were violated due to targets inadequate software and staff. Do not give driver's license they illegal scanned mine.
Incorrect product was given- Target at fault, but was easily fixable.
Target in person credit card machine was not able to return purchase to my credit card. Target at fault ...This is where things went downhill
The app glitched we had a difficult time confirming it was the correct card. There's several back and forth
Target employee 1 asked for my Id. I wasn't notified that it would be scanned. I was never asked to consent and do not consent to Target having my driver's license on file. This was a significant breach of trust and communication. My driver's license is a legal form of identification- something very few institutions have access to. In my eyes it's basically on the same level as a passport. I'm beyond disgusted the teller scanned it without asking me.
After he scanned my driver's license I angrily took back my driver's license. I told him he didn't ask to do that (scan license) and that I didn't consent.
Multiple missteps by the target system and team. Still not able to return even though target fulfilled wrong size product.
Continued back and forth about my credit card not being sufficient. A 2nd teller takes over return.
2nd teller was knowledge of the online order system and eventually helped me process the return. Which was helpful but doesn't make up for target having access or privilege toy driver's license.
Overall I would not recommend this location or online ordering form this location.
I've never had an experience from it learned that I should be careful and question before being taken...
Read moreevery single time i go to this target, i receive help ABOVE and BEYOND. twice i had problems redeeming my target circle rewards from the app for a few dollars and every single time they made sure everything worked out well in the end, in my favor. another time i left my sunglasses somewhere in the store, and security actually went back (after i requested) and looked at the time that i entered the store and where i walked around and where i may have left them. this is not their responsibility but they did it for me anyway. customers who come to this target will receive good service. my historical data spread out over 3 events has shown it. shop HERE!
many times, yes, i have had to wait for staff to open the ice cream fridge door but i understand there are only so many employees and they're doing the best that they can.
yes you have to find someone but this is true for every big box store now in this country. you cannot blame this store as they really are trying their best to manage customer service load along with sales.
lastly, the most important thing in any store is the end-user-service that you receive. focus on that and you will be a very happy repeat-customer...
Read moreSo I've been coming to this Target store from the very beginning when they first opened. I'm probably in here everyday, if not, every other day. I feel bad that a few criminals come in here and steal that they had to practically lock everything up! It's annoying and frustrating to wait for an employee to open a fridge or cabinet to get what you need. Especially when you're crunched for time trying to pick something up real quick. Their store hours used to open up @ 8am, but now it's 9am, when most people have to report to work. I wish it was at least an 8:30am open time so I can grab something and get to work on time. But that's not happening now unless I'm already running late for work or I'll try to get it after work. The one major problem I have with this location isn't even their problem. It's the CVS Pharmacist they have there. He is such a rude unprofessional person that I swear is misogynistic. I'm surprised they haven't fired him yet. Other than that, I wish this store location success. Try to have more pet merchandise...
