Chicken Ranch — Restaurant in New York

I used to order here a lot, especially during the pandemic, bc it was very important to me to keep local businesses thriving. I will never come here again. I put an order in the restaurant, and it was done rather quickly. I should have know that it was going to be cold, but I didn’t check until I got home, which was literally 10 minutes away. The meat was thoroughly cold and the pita was extremely cold, so I called to tell them. When I called, the owner was rude. He told me my food was cold, bc I ordered extra sauce. 1. Extra sauce doesn’t make your meat cold when you bite into it, and your bread isn’t immediately cold. Also, my other sandwich didn’t have extra sauce, but was still cold, which I mentioned. He then continued to berate me about the sandwich and made it seem like it was my fault. After we went back & forth over these 2 sandwiches, he said I should stop by and I would get it remade. I made a point to stop my work to pick up the food. When I got there, it was an extremely hostile environment. I was told again that my food was cold, bc I ordered extra sauce. Mind you this isn’t my first time eating a sandwich, or eating there. It was him, a lady behind him and someone else looking at me up and down. It was extremely uncomfortable. He then asked me where my sandwich was, I didn’t know I was suppose to bring it. He didn’t tell me that on the phone, and who thinks to bring a cold sandwich back. I already threw it out. I told him that, and then he looked as if he didn’t believe me. They treated me as if I was asking for free food. By then, this entire interaction was extremely insulting and a big waste of my time. I told them I didn’t want anything, and they had zero customer service. He then said, “Ok, we’ll make you a new one.” Who would want to stay after that? I told them I didn’t want it, and I can’t believe I have to prove to you my food is cold. I’ve given this establishment so much money. I was taken aback by how I was treated suspiciously. Ever since I moved further uptown I've been ordering from here ever since. They deliver fast but the best part is the quality of the food. I order the chicken gyro platter every time and it never disappoints! My friend has ordered sandwiches from here and he wasnt disappointed. Also, you can order on their website! And if you order by phone, whoever takes the order makes it easy for you....

This is absolutely, 100% my go-to ordering place. It's got great prices. A whole grilled chicken for $13 whaaaaat?! And the food is delicious and always, always on point. The delivery is also crazy fast and you can order straight from their website instead of using the 3rd party things that'll charge everyone fees.
