Workville is the best communal workspace in NYC and the only one that is open 24/7 in the Midtown area. The 24/7 operations fit my needs the best. The communal space reminds me of a library, and everybody does their best to keep the noise down, which is always a plus.

The communal space is very well thought out, and the furniture is of high quality. The couches were opulent and very comfortable. The extensions cords on the table also had a USB adapter plug which became an essential component for me as one day I forgot my charging brick at home.

The WIFI was fast and easy to use. I believe I was getting 30mb per second even during peak times in Workville without interruptions or throttling, which was fantastic. Not fast enough to play games, but super fast to conduct my business.

The Coffee area was a great surprise with free coffee [if you have ever bought coffee in Midtown you will appreciate the free coffee] and a coffee machine that would also make Mocha, cappuccino etcetera. In the Afternoon they would put out snacks from various companies as samples. DJ also had a PopUp Coffee shop come in as a promotion and the coffee was free. I think he should do more of these in the future.

The Management crew led by DJ, Sue, and Sabrina go out of their way to make your stay at Workville the best. DJ goes above and beyond in helping you get the best value for your money at Workville with very liberal plans and pricing. The other competitors in the area are very rigid in their plans with no leeway at all.

DJ has made Workville a laidback noncorporate environment in the middle of Manhattan. DJ has gone above, and beyond to make Workville feel like a startup environment where it is easy to get the creative juices flowing for your fledgling or established company.

The front desk crew and the cleaning crew are all fantastic and help you with anything you need. The Buildings Security crew were excellent and very polite. Security made you feel safe in the building even if it was midnight.

I will definitely come back to Workville every time I need a temporary office in the future.
