I've been to this location a handful of times and have usually had a good experience. However, this last time was honestly a shocking experience.
I ordered two drinks and eventually saw my number on the screen as ready for pickup. When I went to pick up my order there was only one drink. The person working looked at my receipt and just said "one more drink" so I said ok and waited. Another ten minutes passed and still my order wasn't ready so I went back and this time the person yelled at me "ONE MORE DRINK." Clearly someone had forgotten about my order so I tried communicating that I knew that, and wanted to know if someone was working on it. I went back to waiting for ANOTHER 10 MINUTES until I got fed up and told the person that I had been waiting for a long time and only then did they start making my second drink.
The craziest part of the entire encounter though was that before I went back up to tell them I had been waiting, I witnessed the worker who placed the orders on the counter (young Asian guy with no glasses) essentially threaten another employee. When one of the other workers walked closely to him to hand him some drinks, with a straight face this worker pumped his fist as if to punch him in the face. The other worker flinched and went back to work. I saw several customers witness this with a look of shock - I genuinely couldn't believe what I just saw. Extremely unprofessional, degrading, and downright wrong. At first I thought it must've been a joke but neither of the employees were smiling.
For what it's worth, my order # was 77342 and I went in on Wednesday, March 12 around 7pm. The worker who threatened the other employee should be fired. Completely...

They put this promotion for Yumberry drink in front of the store so I walked in and lined up for 15mins. When it was finally my turn to order, they said there’s no Yumberry and pointed me a tiny little paper sticker on the machine saying “No Yumberry”. I ordered another one because I didn’t want my 15mins wait to be a waste, and politely suggested if they could also put a sticker outside on their promotion, so no more people like me would waste 15mins just to line up in this hot whether, but the order person couldn’t understand what I was saying until I repeated myself for 3 times and someone else translated it to her in Chinese.
However, after 10mins when I got my drink, they still didn’t do anything about the wrong promotion in their storefront, so I asked the staff who gave me my drink if they could do something about this so people don’t need to waste time waiting. She rolled her eyes and didn’t respond to me, and then turned to her colleagues complaining me (in Chinese, and fortunately I understand Chinese). I politely asked her again if they could just put a sticker outside or take the promotion off, she rolled her eyes again and responded without looking at me “I’ll talk to my manager” in an impatient tone, and the turned to her colleagues again complaining me in Chinese.
I honestly don’t know what I have done wrong and how hard it is to put out a sticker outside of the store. I also don’t know why I deserve this passive aggressive attitude when I suggested very politely. This definitely ruined my day. Your product is not cheap so at least put some effort to train...
Read moreThe most unpleasant experience I ever had. Came for the matcha promotion buy 1 get 1 free. Got in line at 3pm and wait for 30mim for the cashier girl ( with yellow hair ) didn’t get a chance to ask for her name. I’m sure she knows who she is. If you can’t handle the demand because of your promotion, you shouldn’t have one. When I ask for the promotion she said we don’t have anymore to give extra. So basically, they’re not honoring their promotion. So while I was about to make my order a guy walk up beside me and start specking in Chinese she just basically push me aside and took his order. Then I told her why did you took his order and not mine. She said o I thought he’s with you. Such lies ( how can you thought ) she knew I don’t know him. Then she said if I wanted the matcha, then it’s about two hours wait. Then she started talking in Chinese to her co- worker and I said if you have anything to say speck English to me don’t talk shit about me in Chinese. Then she just look at me like ugh. So I just walk out. I call the store and speck with Eric the manager. ( not sure if he is or not ) told him what happened. Don’t come to this location.
