Came here because three friends had recommended this medspa. I don’t ever buy Groupons for Botox because it’s most likely way too diluted, but I gave it a shot anyway. Between their treatments and mine, they must have started diluting the product way too much. I’ve been getting Botox for 10 years and this was BY FAR the worst product I’ve ever had injected. I gave one star because Ella knew what she was doing and they tried to touch me up TWICE. Touch ups mean nothing if it’s mostly saline. I went for treatment of my whole face with 60 units (which I have never exceeded in my life for a good result) and had to do it all over again 6 weeks later with another injector (My Botox normally lasts 4-5 months). The NP who injected me at a different medspa said I looked “horrible” for having just had my Botox done 6 weeks before. I looked amazing and fresh after having real product injected into my face, but it was too little too late since I was a wrinkled mess for all my vacations following my Selfie House experience. Essentially I paid more than if I would have gone elsewhere that injects real Botox and I’m furious that I wasted my money here. Know who you’re going to because not all Botox is diluted equally. It’s cheap here for a reason and I knew better, but didn’t trust my judgement. I would have gotten other treatments done if they didn’t scam me because Ella was wonderful, the staff was nice, and the facility clean. Note to owner: life long patients/clients make you more money than the ones who come in one time and get a bad result. Groupons are supposed to help you gain clients but instead you lost 4 with bad Botox since I told my friends about my experience....

Incredibly inconsiderate. I was running 10 minutes late to my appointment so I called ahead of the appointment to let them know and asked if it was still ok for me to come in. They said no problem and I ultimately arrived less than 10 minutes late. After waiting 20 minutes they proceed to inform me that I’m gonna have to wait another hour (minimum) to be seen for a consultation that was probably going to take 10 minutes because I was late and they were unwilling to accommodate when I shared I could only wait 45 minutes. When I asked why it was going to take so long when I had an appointment time they said it was because I was late. When I said I should have been informed when I called to let them know I was running 10 minutes late they couldn’t care less. I can’t speak to the work they do but in terms of customer service? Truly awful and disrespectful.

In response to the business’ response below, again, I should have been informed I’d be waiting an hour+ to be seen when I called and asked if I could still be seen arriving 10 minutes late. Saying “don’t worry you can still come” and then telling me I’m gonna wait another hour (after already waiting 20 minutes) is not acceptable. Trying to justify it in your response to my review just shows a lack of willingness to take responsibility for your mistake (the fact that you didn’t inform me “waiting times could vary” when I called). Had I just been told this when I called I would have just rescheduled and understood, instead of wasting my time going to the appointment, and waiting there...

I want to express my deepest gratitude to Sonya. She is a true professional, always caring and kind, and treats every client with great attention. I have been coming here for three months now. At first, I came for a facial cleansing, and Sonya also recommended a skincare routine that helped me with my concerns — acne inflammation, closed comedones, and post-acne marks.

Right after the first cleansing, I started using the products she suggested, and they really worked. Now I have no inflammation. I am also doing Microneedling therapy for my face, which is giving amazing results — my skin tone has become more even, and the acne scars are gradually fading. I really love the results! Before, I used foundation every single day, but now for the past three months I haven’t used it at all. I feel confident and happy with my face just wearing sunscreen, without any foundation.

I attached my before and now (my face is a little red because a few days ago I had another microneedling procedure) photos below, and I am truly happy with the progress. In the past, I tried many facials and acne treatments, but they only gave short-term effects (about one month) or didn’t work at all. Now everything is stable and improving. I will definitely keep coming here to fully get rid of the post-acne marks.
