This place is great but it takes both sides to make a great visit. My first had was a not so great experience. I wrote a review and they called righty away asking what went wrong & made sure id never be able to book with the same person again. My second time around I was so scared going in, I let the waxer know before she touched me how my last experience went and what i liked and didnt like.

This is why i say it takes Both sides. Let them know what you expect out of your visit. & Im sure they will not disappoint.

Carmen was the best when it came to listening to my concerns and she actually is a trainer, Ill probably go to her for the rest of my life. She was a gentle waxer, She gave me splendid results and i didnt leave feeling sticky!

So in short customer service was great, they are quick at finding a resolution, results are satisfactory. The space Is very clean the bathroom is very clean and they have a water cooler. Also, the Waxing packages Very expensive, but it is inevitably worth it because you can Book your sessions whenever you are...

Diana and Destiny are amazing!!!! After reading the reviews I was a bit apprehensive in utilizing the services at this site. Boy I would of regretted it. After over a year of not waxing I decided to try a new site and I do not regret it. I was running late and called in (spoke to Destiny) and she rebooked my appointment an hour later and reassured me if I arrived earlier and a waxer was available Id be seen sooner.
