I don't understand what you're trying to explain, first of all, what does my relationship with the patient have to do with you? I'm just a chaperone, I accompany my husband to the doctor, he's one of your former patients, it's on your system Is that wrong? Because my husband believes that you choose to continue coming, there is no need to block this, you can check the file. But it's clear that you and your team have failed to live up to that trust, and this front desk is a huge disappointment, and the doctor is kind, and she doesn't have any empathy and responsibility as a medical staff.
Secondly, we explicitly declined appointments from Monday to Friday and were only interested in Saturday timeliness. We made this idea and point of view clear at the front desk.
Thirdly, skin diseases you haven't seen why it's not an emergency? Have you ever come out and seen it? Or do you really need to faint in your clinic and we call 911 before you feel that the patient's safety is at risk, can you come out and have a look? Or in other words, what do you think is a medical emergency in this area of dermatology!! He obviously has very serious eczema and can't rest well at night, but he just wants to get some medicine from you, have you come forward? Did your front desk report to you in a timely manner? Have you ever called us? None of this!
Fourth, if you've seen the surveillance, you should know what time we came, and there were a few people waiting in the house we were in, and we didn't see the five people you were talking about, maybe they were in other rooms. All in all, I didn't see that environment at the time.
Maybe you feel that working alone as a doctor you work hard and you have done your job as well as you can, but as a family member of a patient, a New Yorker, I have the right and the right to express my true feelings in my heart, and you don't need to refute everything I say, what I say is the truth, and this is not the first day I have used Google Maps to make a statement, I have contributed a lot of speech on this platform and have also won some titles, but this is really the first time I have scored such a low score because I was so angry today.
Finally, I want to say that I haven't met you, I haven't had anything to do with you, and I don't want to say anything about you, because I'm also a person in the medical industry, and I understand: I don't know the whole picture, so I won't comment. But it's time for you to get your front desk team in order, and that girl is still annoying when I think about it, and I don't think she's doing anything to add to the medical team in New York. If you have any questions, you can call me at any time, and if you want to continue chatting with me under this chat box, I will always reply to you...
Read moreI visited Dr. Hui’s office on Friday for an allergy shot. During the appointment, Dr. Hui warned me that many patients were experiencing stronger reactions that day, possibly due to the hot weather, and advised me to stay in the office for 30 minutes afterward. Unfortunately, I left after just 10 minutes, thinking I would be fine.
On my way home, I began experiencing a severe allergic reaction - uncontrollable sneezing, itchy hives, and discomfort. By the time I got home, the symptoms had worsened. I called Dr. Hui, and she immediately guided me on how to manage the situation. She followed up with multiple calls throughout the day, checking on my progress until my symptoms fully subsided.
Dr. Hui’s care and attentiveness were truly exceptional. Her calm demeanor, expertise, and genuine concern for my well-being turned a scary experience into one I could manage confidently. I feel incredibly fortunate to have her as my doctor and recommend her to anyone looking for compassionate and skilled...
Read moreDr. Hui is very friendly and knowledgeable. I come here almost every week for my allergy shots and I never have to wait for more than 5 minutes. The front desk is very friendly as well. I love the new office which is clean and spacious. She even gives you the wifi password since you have to sit here for half an hour after you get your allergy shots.
The location is great too. Five minutes walk from the 7 train and many buses come to flushing as well. If you drive, there's a municipal parking lot across the street from the building. If you're looking for street parking, you would probably spend a while looking for one. It's Flushing.
I highly recommend Dr Hui to anyone who has allergy and/or asthma. I'm so happy that I found such a...
