I would like to start off by stressing the fact that I NEVER leave any reviews online for anything no matter the experience, whether negative or positive. However, after visiting Dr. Yun and his staff for an appointment for my husband, I feel compelled to leave a review. The world needs to know how great Dr. Yun is. Even after having had more than one visit and even becoming a patient myself, I am still in shock of how much Dr. Yun cares for his patients. I FINALLY found a doctor that makes me feel heard, takes all my questions and concerns and does something about it, instead of dismissing it or ignoring it. He listens and actually pays attention to what you're saying. He spends extra time with you if needed and will not leave the appointment until all of your concerns have been addressed. He absolutely cares about you and NOT the money regardless of whether you're self pay or going through insurance. This shows in his actions such as always texting you to follow up even after hours which you will not find anywhere anymore. His staff is beyond amazing. My husband needed to find a Cardiologist and the front desk girl helped me. She called me to find out if I found anyone and when I told her no, a couple minutes after I received a text with not just a few doctors name but with addresses AND their fees for both the office visit and the exam my husband needed to get done. This is beyond exceptional patient care. I'm not sure the shock of this amazing treatment has worn off of me yet. Dr. Yun and his staff are a god send and I am NEVER letting go.
