Just a piece of adviceā
This was my first time booking a session here. I was 2 minutes late, which is on me.
However, there was no clear notice on the door. I only saw two signs after I walked out and looked at the window: one said āDo not knock on the window for any reason,ā no problem, and the other had a QR code that I assumed was for late check-in. I scanned it and to be told due to the door systems, they donāt accept late entry.
I mean why not just put a clear sign that says āNo late entry acceptedā on the door, instead of the code on the window outside? And whatās the scan for? A confirmation email or some kind of notice would be also nice then Iāll make extra sure nothing gets in the way of getting to...

I showed up one minute late to my first class (literally in the middle of a snow storm), and was turned away because of their bizarre zero-grace period policy where under no circumstances will they let anyone in after the start time. The explanation I received was that "yoga requires discipline and we ask that of our students." That is an amazingly condescending way to treat customers, in addition to completely lacking any empathy.
My advice: Find another studio to practice that won't treat...
