I was excited to buy from this vendor because they offered custom hats that you did not have to buy in bulk. The website was easy enough to use - not as seamless as others, but navigable. I ordered a simple SnapBack hat with initials on the front. Grey lettering with yellow outline. After submitting my order and payment, I received an email indicating that the shop could not complete my order because despite the website offering it, they could not do the outline of the initials in a different color than the initials themselves. I asked if they would offer any discount for the difference, given that they would be doing initial outlines only, and not the full initial. They said no. I went ahead with the purchase and received the hat in the mail a week or two later. The initials are not centered, they are not the same size, and they are slightly crooked. I emailed to request a new item and even indicated that I would mail the hat back so that they could correct the lettering. I still wanted the hat, I just wanted it to look presentable because I’m giving it as a gift. They said no. They said they produced the hat that I had ordered and because it was custom they would not be refunding any portion of my payment.

I’m not someone who writes reviews. I usually just grin and bear things for the sake of being agreeable. But this is genuinely bad policy and terrible customer service. They didn’t offer what I had ordered. They didn’t send a well done finished product. And they refused to correct their mistake. I just wouldn’t recommend taking the risk of ordering anything customized by them. I’ll be ordering the hat from a different company. I ordered Gildan sweatshirts in Light Blue from this company — the same exact product I had ordered before from the same link on their website. This time, the sweatshirts arrived in a completely different, darker turquoise shade that did not match the product photo or my previous order. Their website does not state anywhere that colors may vary, yet they tried to claim I had ordered a different model when I had not. I provided screenshots of their own product page as proof, and they still refused to take responsibility. One sweatshirt also arrived with numerous visible stains. When I reported this, their response was to tell me to wash it. As a business owner, I cannot resell items that arrive stained, nor should “washing defects out” be considered an acceptable solution for new inventory. Despite multiple polite attempts to resolve this, they refused to provide a refund or replacement and eventually stopped responding altogether. This company misrepresented the product color, delivered a defective sweatshirt, attempted to shift blame onto the customer, and offered no resolution. UPDATE 6/18/24: Writing to provide an update here. Obviously, the response from the owner was as disappointing as the whole process with this company. I got no response from "support" address. The "hello" address told me that "support" address does not work. They don't pickup the phone or answer my emails. As mentioned on the original message, this is extremely unsatisfactory, close to a scam. Please STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. To the person who wrote the "Response from the owner": anything to say?

ORIGINAL MESSAGE: This should be a 0 stars rating. After many years printing my own T-shirts, this is the most unprofessional custom printing service I've ever met. The image I provided and the result I got were absolutely far away from each other. During the process, the image was extremely distorted, color speaking. I received a result with an exaggerated increased color saturation. Then, the worst came when dealing with their customer service. They even don't answer the email, and after several follow ups, the only thing I got from them is a non-resolutive answer saying that the result the provided was satisfactory.
