The boss is nice. He gave me discount for first time customer and I am very appreciated. The barber is mediocre with okay but not great skill. What bothers me is that he tried very hard to sell me things. First he tried to make me not only cut my hair but also color it. I rejected several times before he stopped. He also tried to sell the hair care stuff, but this is due to I asked him. The worst experience is from the women who clean my hair. When I gave her tips for 1 dollar, she said we don't accept 1 dollar as tip, so I gave her two dollar. However, I don't believe this is the right thing to do, I am super regret that I gave her two dollar...

The staff were nice, and they gave me a discount. However, I asked them to leave my roots alone and just trim my split ends because I wanted something that was low maintenance and natural. I was shown how much he was gonna trim off, and he trimmed off a lot more. Both dye and bleach touched my roots. My hair ended up being lighter than I wanted, but I still like it. But not to the extent of how I would’ve liked it if they made it darker, left my roots alone, and left my hair longer. The first time I was here I got a perm and haircut...

To be honest, I don't recommend that place to serve you! That was a terrible haircut, and he doesn't know how to cut 😑I never come back again ! My hair looks like a very mess !The hair has no layers and looks like it was bitten by an animal.
