I arrived asking about shadows since I don't know much about makeup, I asked one of the women who spoke Spanish and looked Latina like me, and she was just really rude. I think she was annoyed that I asked in Spanish (actually, it was easier for me to ask in Spanish than in English 😅) When she started to answer rudely I said: Hey! You are very rude, you shouldn't talk to me so badly and she just kept talking to me badly, I went back and told her you are very rude, you have no respect... At that moment she wanted to talk to me better and show me in a good way what I was asking... But I just decided to get out of there!!! I never asked for things to be given to me as gifts... I had money to buy what I needed, that makes me a client 🤷🏻‍♀️ To be customer service people they should be more cordial and serve everyone equally!!! Im giving 3 stars cause i usually dint have any issues when i go to this beauty supply store. Well last time i went everything was fine until me & my friend were talking & some Hispanic girl who works there proceeds to interrupt us rudely asking if we needed help. No we dont & why didnt you ask when we first came in?? She didn't ask anyone else but us as if we were stealing?? I come in all the time no one ever makes me feel uncomfortable but she did. I don't think there is a single hair/beauty item that this place doesn't carry! The place is neatly packed with products from floor to ceiling! I knew exactly what I needed when I ran in and found it quickly, but I could imagine getting caught up and bring overwhelmed by such a vast selection of everything. That's not a complaint, I wish this place was closer to where I live, I'd give them all my money from buying nails, makeup, jewelry and all the other necessary items a girl needs to look her best!
