Be careful shopping at this location as they may overcharge!!! Visited this store and bought (3) Sanrio t-shirts that retailed for $10/each. When I went up to pay, the card reader read $333.23. I let the employee know and I thought she had property fixed it. The reader basically showed the correct price but when I checked my bank statement, she charged me the initial price of $333.23 instead of $33.23. I’m mad af because I noticed it last minute! I’m in the process of having the transaction disputed, but until then I’m waiting for their customer service email to get back to me. Charlotte Russe is one of those places that will occasionally have great sales-and when they do, and you search really hard, you may actually score some great pieces! I usually shop at Charlotte Russe when I have events coming up that I need to dress up for. I usually do end up finding things for great prices such as BOGO heels and I've even got pretty dresses for less than $20 before! And I usually get lots of compliments when I wear them! My wife and daughter went shopping here and the staff was extremely rude. One male staff member there was very rude and took a video of my wife while shopping. He was constantly watching her and making her uncomfortable. He rolled his eyes, ignored her, and made snarky comments to other employees like "Watch out for that girl" and pointed at my wife and daughter. This basically accused my family of stealing.
