Hobby Lobby — Local services in Newnan

I’m not usually one to write a review, but I went in last night and i am bothered by the way I was treated. Usually this store has good customer service. However, my boyfriend and I had to get a bunch of stuff for a project and probably walked by atleast 5 employees and not one single employee asked if we needed help or even said hi or smiled. We had a hard time finding a few things and I told my boyfriend to go and ask a lady, who was moving around the craft paint, where the popsicle sticks were and she never once looked up at him or smiled or anything as she replied. She was too busy with her work and it was obvious we had bothered her. A few minutes later we walked around to the other side of the aisle to look at the paint brushes because they had it so crowded you couldn’t even walk through. I was holding the shopping basket thing and it was blocking my view from being able to see on my right side and i had accidentally hit something on the shelf with the basket and didn’t realize That i had broken whatever i broke......because I couldn’t see! (I honestly had no idea) So when another employee saw it, she made a comment about how I had broken it but was extremely rude about it. While she was picking it up i apologized and told her i didn’t know i broke it and she looked up at me and gave me the dirtiest look. I work in retail as well and I ALWAYS try my best to make sure our customers don’t feel unwelcomed. It is not that hard to be nice!!!!!!! They really need to teach their employees to at least acknowledge their customers and not to make us feel like we are bothering them when we need help.
