Facility is clean, the food was alright. The cream cheese ragoons felt like they were missing some flavor. Our biggest disappointment was the serving size of orange chicken. We got the bigger plate or whatever plate had the one side with 3 entrees. Side portion was great, my one entrée portion of the chicken and string beans was fine and my fiancés steak with veggies but I got 8-10 pieces of orange chicken for what was supposed to be two entrees? My fiancé and I hadn't had Panda Express in years and we were so excited to finally have some. While he came out of the bathroom, we were talking and I didn't pay attention to what they put on our order. I didn't think I had to watch them so closely but I guess I should've because I paid full price for something both of our meals were missing. Read moreI ordered online and went through the drive thru to pick up. After being sent a text message that my order was ready, when I got to the window, I was told that my order was not ready. They wanted me to come to the front and park by the front door. I asked the drive thru person did he want me to just drive back around through the drive thru because it was raining. He told me no to just park by the front door. I waited 15 minutes. I turned around and went back through the drive thru only to be told that someone came out but didn't see me. They were liars because when the drive thru guy handed me the bag, it was dry. If you came out in the rain, wouldn't the bag have been wet??? I would have been okay with them just saying, "We're sorry about the wait." This is not the first time I've had bad service here. Every time I come through the drive thru, there is at least a 20 min process. That's why I thought ordering online would be better. Needless to say, I won't be back. This was their third strike. Read moreWorst experience I've ever had in my entire life. I arrived in the drive through 10 minutes before closing and pulled up to the window. Two employees approach the window and one sarcastically said behind the glass that we see you and we're closed. After ignoring us outside the window, the employee opened the window and in a flustered manner said and I quote, "we close early". I replied, "according to your hours, y'all are open for another 5 minutes...." The employee looked shocked and said "we closed early", slammed the window shut and locked it in my face while I was in the middle of a sentence. Behind the window he began laughing at the situation.
