My mom is in town visiting from Colorado and one of our favorite things to do together is go antiquing. Today we found Cindy Lee’s antique shop and met Cindy and Sue and had a blast chatting with them. They spoke about their love for animals, antiques and the gorgeous plants she grows. They use antique’s to house the plants everything was really cool. I found two old bottles that I love and Cindy even gave me a plant clipping to propagate in the old bottle!!! One of the better antique shops in Newport! They have a really great variety of stuff. I went in looking for prints and they have a really nice range of higher end stuff and smaller affordable pieces. I found old crate labels, Rockwell Saturday evening post covers, great vintage ads, small black and white prints, and pulp novels. If you’re a designer, printmaker or lovers of prints this is definitely a place to see!

The prices were all fare and the staff was very kind and attentive. I hope to stop by again next time...
