Aerie — Local services in Niles Township

Had the worst experience there recently. Normally it's fine, nothing bad nothing great. But this time the woman working the fitting room offered a measurement for my bra. She was very sweet but lacking knowledge about how to measure, what cup sizes/ circumference measurements were. She told me I was either a 32AA or a 36C....?!? Then she offered to get me a different size. I waited 10 minutes and when she came back she said she forgot about me and would be back with the right size. This happened twice more. I said I would just grab my sizes but she was insistent and I was trying to be kind. But she kept getting distracted and they weren't even very busy. At least not front of store or anything that I could see. Then she told me I could return to the store downtown. I said I didn't realize there was a store downtown and she convinced me that there was on state street. Needless to say I went back to the city and there is no listing for an aerie anywhere in the city. She was again very kind but not maybe the right employee for the...

i cannot say i have been more satisfied with an aerie's location besides the one at old orchard. there is simply NOTHING short of perfection at this location. like i SAID, from the prices, to the cleanliness, to the absolute phenomenal customer service. one employee in particular (her name was some letter of the alphabet, like dei or kay) WAS exceptionally kind and professional. she assisted me in finding the exact pairs of shorts i needed, offered to help me in the changing room, and took me around the store and TRUEly showed me everything (AND all with a smile on her face). at one point, she had mentioned that she was still a new employee to the store, having only been working there for a couple of weeks. THIS absolutely blue my mind, as the attention and quality care i received from her did not indicate such newness to the position and ISn't something i was expecting. i will be coming back to this location, and maybe A sister location, and i will (no JOKE) be recommending...

My friend and I visited this location yesterday, I had to make a return meanwhile my friend was shopping. I went up to the counter to make the return and was immediately rudely greeted. The employee asked me what was wrong with the item as if I was causing an inconvenience to her. then when that was done my friend made a purchase and the same employee was also rude and dismissive towards her. My friend didn’t care until she returned home and noticed not one but both items she had purchased still had the security sensor on it (no alarms went off when exiting the store) I understand not entirely enjoying your job but that does not excuse not...
