I went in a few weeks ago but I was pretty disappointed with the overall customer service. I was carrying a lot of clothes and not a single associate asked if I needed a fitting room started or if they could take them and put them somewhere until I'm ready to try them on. I asked one associate if she could grab me a different size of an item in the fitting room. I waited for maybe 10-15 minutes before realizing that she's not coming back. I can grab an item myself if it's busy (it was the middle of the week and not busy) but I would at least appreciate to be made aware of that. Instead I was just waiting around for no reason. The overall horrible structure of Aritzia fitting rooms is not unique to this location. Two people walked in on me changing in the fitting room including a man (thankfully I was pretty much fully clothed). What surprised me is that two sales associates were in the fitting room at that time and I saw the one who started the room for me looking at us when this happened. So you just let a man open the curtain when you knew a woman was changing inside? Interesting. I actually wanted to update my whole wardrobe before my month-long trip this summer and anticipated spending a pretty penny but I ended up leaving with only one item and visiting the Michigan Ave location instead. At least there I was met with helpful sales associates who helped me find several outfits instead of being completely ignored. No matter how close/convenient this location is to you, I would recommend avoiding...
Read moreTerrible experience. I have no idea how their employees have jobs at this establishment, I have never encountered ruder people than their employees. An employee, who appeared to be the manager, instructed their employees on closing instructions. She stated, “GTFO, the store is closing” to a potential customer. It’s understandable they would like to leave and close on time, but this type of language is unacceptable when other shoppers are within hearing distance. This location needs employees that actually want to be there and do their job and maybe actually help their customers without being rude, acting petty, or better than everybody else. The employees comments also included language with underlying tones of discrimination. Perhaps all of the employees should have corporate either assign them with more workplace discrimination training, or trainings in general because their lack of professionalism or at least decent morals is...
Read moreI have literally never written a google review before but just had to comment on the rude behavior of the girl who checked out my purchase today 7/18. She was tall and blonde. I walk up to the counter and she didn’t greet me so I say hi in a friendly manner - no response. Then after she makes my return she goes “is that it?” in a flat tone with a dirty look as if I’m annoyance. Next while I’m spelling out my address she says “I’m gonna need you to speak up” in the same tone. How about a “sorry, could you repeat that”?? A little mindfulness about how you phrase things goes a long way. THEN as I walk away she switches up her energy and greets the next customer nicely. WHAT? Also prior to this I went up the counter to ask a question and the same girl was standing there next to another male employee. He was responsive to my question while she stood still there saying nothing, just giving me...
