I went to go get my moms MK watch Battery changed, The guy said he’d take only $16 which was a reasonable price. When he took out the watch his facial expression immediately changed and said he usually takes $25 but he’d take $16. All the screws were all there the watch isn’t even a year old. The guy took the watch then 30 min later we came back and one of the screws was broken he claimed that’s how we gave the watch to him. Mind you the watch has never been touched! Later on he said the screw was missing, then takes out part of the screw that he claimed that was never there out of the drawer. He demand He would only take $25 to fix it, he did not only ruin the watch he scratched it! And ruined all the screws. They all looked different. ( This was the one in Attleboro Mall) he was an absolute crook, Horrible...

I brought in a mans ring to be sized and he polished off the shine on about 50% of the onyx stone..... and he didn’t take responsibility for it.....wanted me to pay another $75 to send it out to be polished like new he said .... this was my grandfathers ring it’s not really worth a lot and I had just paid $60 to be sized and why should I pay.... then he said he do it for $45....I don’t want to spend more money.... he ended up giving me $10 back to Bottom line don’t have jewelry repaired there he doesn’t know...
