King Acai and Bubble Tea — Restaurant in North Charleston

I just started eating acai bowls and I am in love with them however from this place in the mall I will rate them a 2/10 this is my third bowl in my lifetime and I am not impressed at all SAY UNLIMITED TOPPINGS but out of a few. 1.Needs to add more fruits to menu. (Was out of one fruit, don't like bananas in my acai, so thats only left one fruit choice) Better communication of what they have in inventory if they would have told me they didn't have any strawberries before I ordered I'll probably would have not ordered the bowl They're going to have to step it up if they want to survive in that mall specially at that corner where it has...

I ordered the flavored energy drink. I did not like it. The Rockstar brand is used for the drink. I did not like the taste at all. It tastes like an Original flavor Red Bull. Disgusting 😝. I asked for a zero sugar option. They don't have it. The flavoring I picked was raspberry which I love...but I could barely taste it due to the overpowering taste of the Rockstar. I added black boba. It was good. Not too mushy or hard.

Service was ok. It was a young lady. Service was fast from start to finish.

I'm originally from Brazil, and not even in Brazil have I had such a pleasant experience! the açaí is organic, the texture is light, as it is designed to be better enjoyed, smooth, perfect. the fruits are fresh and in season, unlimited toppings are a blast, I've never had that, seeing as natural and organic, the price is too sweet. the service is excellent, everyone does their best even at peak times, the establishment is extremely clean, organized and pleasant, particularly this is the only place I go to in the food court, five stars is not enough , is such pleasure...
