Be very careful with buying from this company! Described as excellent condition device but I received a used, scratched, & dinged up phone. (Screen has a little scracth also but hard to show in pic with reflective screen) Reached out to them and owner (or rep) down played my issues when I sent him proof. Claiming my issues were small. But I paid for Grade A and got grade C device with grade F customer service! I really needed a new phone since my old one died & was hoping they would just provide partial adjustment (to match the used dinged up phone I recieced) to avoid inconvenience of shipping and waiting for refund. Which will take several more days for both.

They want me to send it back instead after already taking days to reply back to EACH message. Just to be nasty. Don't bother calling them, you will NOT get a call back from anyone who can help. Very sketchy & unprofessional "business". I also notice in their negative reviews, others are having the exact same issue with false advertising of items. So this is apart of their practice. Don't spend your money with these people. UPDATE - Proof seller is s liar. Adding conversation from eBay when he told me he could not send me a replacement model but in response to my review, claims he offered me a replacement. STILL selling this phone as new when he told me they are...

They were really nice and did a great job. UPDATE*£ I changed the stars to 1 because we was just in here in August. My daughter is in JROTC. She was marching and the phone fell out of her pocket. When she went to pick it up the screen stayed on the ground while the case and back of the phone still in the phone was in her hand. Took it to them and they want to charge $100+ to fix because it needs a whole new screen but then he was like oh wait you’ll need the camera fixed to that’s an additional charge…I asked him how could they charge so much for a phone we bought from there that’s not properly put together. It literally fell apart!! He was of no help! I told him I’d be leaving this review and he laughed...

Terrible service. My iPhone screen was cracked, and they replaced it with a non iPhone product which ruined the “ambient light sensor.” Apple ran a diagnostic as I realized the iphone wasn’t working and showed a settings alert. I took it back, and asked for my money, and was told that I would have to have the old screen that was cracked even more put back on and wait in order to get my refund. The phone wouldn’t even open to put in the code so that it could be repaired! They showed little compassion, and referred to the fine print stating they’re not responsible for damages incurred. Apple quoted new repair $329! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Steer clear....
